Ordering & Deposits

Deposit required: To begin production of Loki2 if the item is not in stock.
Production deposits: Used for material purchases and initiated once your deposit is invoiced. Deposits are non-refundable.
Production slots: Not assigned or held until the deposit invoice is paid in full.

We strive to provide excellence in the ordering, service, and manufacture of our products.

Risers: Feature dual hook-in points to accommodate pilots of various heights.

Completion of waiver is required.
References from a coach, USHPA, or other qualified instructors may be required to complete purchase.
Payment of the invoice indicates full acceptance of the waiver.

We stand behind our products and, where necessary, will repair or replace defective items.
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available for wing purchases.
By accepting the terms of service, you agree to the waiver in its entirety.

Final payment is required within 30 days of invoice.
Invoices open beyond 30 days will accrue interest at 20% APR.
Invoices 60+ days overdue may result in the item being sold and any deposit forfeited to cover restocking and handling.
